Two prominent real estate developers have joined forces with luxury fashion brand ELIE SAAB to create high-end residential complexes in the National Capital Region, representing an investment of approximately ₹3,500 crore.
This collaboration introduces the renowned fashion and lifestyle label to India’s property market for the first time. The arrangement involves M3M India constructing a premium residential development in Gurugram, while its associated company Smartworld Developers will build a separate housing complex in Noida.
The Gurugram development by M3M India is planned for sector 111, situated within the Smart City Delhi Airport zone. The project will feature roughly 300 spacious four-bedroom units, each measuring between 4,200 and 4,650 square feet. This residential component forms part of a broader integrated development planned for the location.
Meanwhile, Smartworld Developers is working on a nearly six-acre site in Noida’s sector 98, where approximately 650 homes will be constructed. The project includes a mix of housing options: around 200 larger apartments with three or four bedrooms spanning 2,850 to 3,810 square feet, plus roughly 480 smaller one and two-bedroom units.
Both developments will carry the ELIE SAAB brand identity, with the fashion house contributing to interior styling and overall design aesthetics.
The developers have indicated that construction of both projects should be finalized by 2030.
